Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

• •You subscribe to a service and feel it isn't helpful within 7 days of the subscription start date.
• •Pro-rated refund: the cost for days used will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
• •There was a technical issue or service failure that prevents access.
• •You were charged twice accidentally.

Refund Timeline

Once your refund request is approved:

• •Review: 1–3 business days to review your request
• •Processing: 3–5 business days to process the refund
• •Bank Transfer: 3–5 business days for funds to appear in your account (varies by bank)

Total time: Typically 7–13 business days from the date of your request.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

1. 1.Log in to your SkyrowX account
2. 2.Go to Account Settings → Billing & Payments
3. 3.Select the transaction you wish to refund
4. 4.Click Request Refund and provide a reason
5. 5.Submit and wait for our review
6. 6.You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund is approved

Alternatively, email refunds@skyrowx.com with your account and payment details.

Subscription Cancellations

• •Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle
• •Canceling a subscription via Account Settings stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund—see the eligibility criteria above

Modifications to Refund Policy

SkyrowX may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
